Eligible referees may upgrade from 3rd to 2nd class; or from 2nd to 1st Class. \nTo upgrade from 3rd to 2nd Class you must have completed 70 hours officiating at sanctioned events as a 3rd class and achieved the competencies detailed in the AT Kyorugi Referee Framework. \nTo upgrade from 2nd to 1st Class you must have completed 70 hours officiating at sanctioned events as a 2nd Class and achieved the competencies detailed in the AT Kyorugi Referee Framework. \nPlease note that the pre-course online learning modules must be completed before the commencement of the course.
