Judging will be carried out on the 20th March 2022
Type of competition: Creative Poomsae to music.
Music type: Clean music with or with out lyrics.
Music must not have Religious, Political or Swearing. If it does the competitor will disqualified.
Time period: 60 to 90 seconds.
Techniques: 70% Taekwondo and 30% your choice. Example: Dance, Gymnastics Judging
Weapons: They are allowed.
Uniform: Countries traditional dress, Superhero costume, Animal costume or any other costume the competitor wishes to wear. Note costumes are not mandatory.

Videoing
Distance between camera and competitor should be approximately 6 to 7 Metres.
Competitors must be in full view of the camera throughout the performance.
Camera should not move whilst videoing the performance.
Editing the video will result in disqualifications.
