2022 World Poomsae Championships Team Announced

Australian Taekwondo is pleased to announce the national team for the 2022 World Poomsae, Championships to be held in Goyang, Korea, from the 21st - 24th April.

The athletes who participated in the online selection championships on the 30th of January and won a gold medal were then eligible to be considered by the selection panel for selection.

As part of the final selection phase, all eligible gold medal-winning athletes had the selection panel screen their performances from the competition and additional footage where necessary to ascertain athletes performance levels.

In addition to the athletes seven officials were appointed to the team. With nearly an equal spread of Male and Female officials which closely matches the spread of Female and Male athletes in the team make up.
