Australian Taekwondo is excited to launch its first ever national participation campaign #TryTaekwondo, aimed at building awareness of Taekwondo and connecting new participants to our affiliated club network.

Clubs that have affiliated with Australian Taekwondo for 2022 will now have received links to download their free marketing kit. This information can be found under the Participation

The #TryTaekwondo campaign will run across Australian Taekwondo's digital platforms from February to the end of April and is the first of its kind for Taekwondo in Australia. It is hoped that affiliated clubs will support the campaign by using it as part of their club based marketing.

A club marketing kit has been created and provided to affiliated clubs free of charge as part of their affiliation.

  • 4 x social media tiles
  • 2 x A4 counter signs / posters
  • 7 x campaign branding assets (skins)
  • 1 x video clip with club call to action

Clubs can customise the marketing materials provided with their own images and logo to reflect the look and feel of their club environment.

As with all sports, our network of clubs come in all forms and sizes and no two Taekwondo clubs are the same. While the style and size of facilities may differ, the art of Taekwondo doesn't, nor does the warm welcome individuals receive when visiting our clubs. Australian Taekwondo hopes that clubs of all sizes can use something from the campaign and most importantly, we hope that this initiative connects new members to our clubs.

This is a new initiative for Australian Taekwondo and we welcome feedback from affiliated clubs concerning the campaign. Please see the original email for a link to our feedback form.

From time to time, we require clubs to film content for marketing purposes. If your club is interested in helping out, please refer to the original to learn how to express your interest in supporting us in growing Taekwondo.

We acknowledge that our office is spread across many traditional lands, and we pay respect to all traditional owners of these lands and elders past and present.
