The World Taekwondo Hanmadang is an annual event organised by Kukkiwon that showcases essential elements such as breaking, self-defence, and poomsae. Every year, over 5,000 participants from 60 countries attend the event and feature competitions in various advanced Taekwondo techniques. This year's event will take place from July 26– 30, 2024.

Australian Taekwondo is excited to introduce a new education and training platform that will enhance the experience of practitioners across the Taekwondo community.
A number of Australians took part in the World Taekwondo International Poomsae Referee course held in Malaysia late last month. The course was the first to use proposed new rules, which will be introduced at the World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships later this year.
