In accordance with Section 10.3 of the Constitution, notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Australian Taekwondo (AT) will take place on 3:00pm (ACST) 3rd October 2025 in person at the Netball SA Stadium or via Video Conference.
The formal notice of meeting will be released on the 12th September 2025, outlining the business to be conducted, including all information required to be included in accordance with the Corporations Act;
Call for Nominations
We are now calling for nominations for election to the Board of Directors of AT. This process will be supported by the AT Nominations Committee. If you wish to nominate for an Elected Director position, please click the link below to access the Director Nomination Form, noting that nominations are via an online form and must be received by 5:00 pm (AEST) 5th September 2025.
The Constitution also requires that the Directors are elected using the ‘first past the post’ system, accordingly the nominee receiving the highest number of votes after each round will serve a three-year term.
