Western Australia's Performance Pathway Program has teamed up with Athlete Alliance to support athletes with their strength and conditioning.
Athlete Alliance specialise in developing the physical capacities underpinning athletic performance and provide a range of programs to develop speed, agility, strength, fitness and the rehabilitation of injuries.
Athlete Alliance provides athletes in the Taekwondo WA Performance Pathway Program strength and conditioning sessions over a 12-week training block to help develop their physical capacities to help them flourish on the big stage.
Support coaches have a wealth of experience and work with organisations such as the West Coast Eagles, West Coast Fever, Fremantle Dockers and the Western Australian Institute of Sport. In addition, they are currently the strength and conditioning provider for an extensive range of organisations and elite athletes.
WA Performance Pathway Program athletes receive a tailored home-based program following their initial assessment and weekly supervised sessions. Further, they are also linking in with rehab providers to assist with injury recovery.
We wish our WA Pathway athletes all the best as they progress in their high performance journey.
