WA Poomsae Seminar with Vietnamese National Team

Presented by the Australian Taekwondo National Poomsae Performance Program in conjunction with Australian Taekwondo Western Australia

We are excited to share this unique opportunity for Students, Instructors and Referees to improve and understand poomsae with multiple instructors from the Vietnamese National Poomsae Team. All sessions include poomsae for designated ages, plus important training concepts for poomsae performance.

Key details

• Open to all Australian Taekwondo Members
• Poomsae referees earn 0.5 points toward National referee upgrade points.
• $40 per session or $110 for 3 or 4 sessions

Day 1 Sunday 2nd June

Venue: Maddington Oh Do Kwan – Unit 2/123 Burslem Drive Maddington

Sunday Session 1

• Time:10am-1pm
• Belts: Black Belt
• Ages: 18+
• Poomsae: Jitae - Hansoo (session includes Freestyle Black Belt ages 12+ welcome)

Sunday Session 2

• Time: 2pm-5pm
• Belts: Black Belt
• Ages: 15+
• Poomsae: Taebaek - Shipjin

Day 2 Monday 3rd June

Venue: Homestead Park Centre 14 Glennbrook Road Thornlie

Monday Session 1

• Time: 9am-12pm
• Belts: Red & Black Belt
• Ages: All ages
• Poomsae: Taeguek 4 – Taeguek 8

Monday Session 2

• Time: 1pm-4pm
• Belts: Black Belt
• Ages: All ages
• Poomsae: Koryeo - Taebaek
