These free self-paced virtual Taekwondo classes are for all ages and fitness levels. Each lesson is 25 minutes and accessible through Australian Taekwondo's Centre of Excellence. Start with the basics and progress to more advanced techniques.
Combat Kids combines kicks and twists from martial arts as well as dance moves and styles from breakdancing. Learn the moves through correct technique instruction and challenge your friends!
